Robert Dolinko

Bob Dolinko joined Baker Curtis & Schwartz in 2020. Bob has more than 42 years of experience in labor and employment matters, and is well-respected in the Bay Area legal community. Bob has a wealth of experience litigating cases before state and federal trial and appellate courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. Bob’s experience includes cases alleging employment discrimination, harassment, whistle-blowing, wrongful termination, wage and hour law violations, unlawful non-compete agreements, as well as cases before state and federal administrative agencies.
